Within the framework of this visit, a series of important meetings were held, after which it was announced that OnDom International has appointed Mardi Holding as its exclusive partner in Georgia.

The new partnership will allow Mardi Holding to introduce the international partner’s experience and standards into the Georgian market, while OnDom International will be able to develop the unique investment opportunities that Georgia has to offer.

OnDom’s exclusive representation in Georgia belongs solely to Mardi Holding. Along with the signing of the memorandum, the parties also agreed on the creation of a Poland-oriented website. This platform has already been developed, with a domain ending in “.pl.” Unlike OnDom’s international website, which features real estate from four countries, the Poland-focused website will showcase only Georgian properties, and exclusively Mardi Holding’s projects, in line with the exclusive partnership agreement.
The new cooperation will contribute to aligning Georgia’s real estate sector more closely with international standards and will create broader opportunities for investors.
